Emotional Freedom Technique
(EFT)
What is EFT?
EFT is a powerful technique that uses tapping on specific points on the body to release emotional and physical tension, promoting healing and emotional wellbeing.
It is an evidence-based method that addresses the roots of an unresolved problem at the nervous system level.
Emotions that aren't dealt with don't just go away. Our unresolved, repressed negative emotions, such as anger, fear, guilt, worry, doubt, etc., can express as resentment, poor decision-making, self-sabotage, overreaction, increased stress and anxiety, depression, fatigue.
"As the name Emotional Freedom Techniques implies, one therefore achieves independence and freedom from negative emotions. Be this freedom from anger, anxiety and panic attacks, grief and loss, trauma, addictions, fears and phobias (fear of public speaking, heights, spiders, snakes, the dark, etc), guilt, years of self-doubt, negative memories like rape, incest or other forms of abuse, etc." - Bridget Edwards (Life-enhancement Therapist).

How EFT Works
EFT Tapping is based on the principles of acupuncture. It uses the most powerful points on the top half of the body, tapping into all the meridians.
The goal is to get to the emotional and energetic root of the problem and restore the balance of energy to resolve physical and emotional issues.
By stimulating the body's energy pathways, the tapping process is believed to release blockages in the energy flow, allowing the body to heal itself.
EFT tapping can shift negative thinking and negative emotions, so you can become the most confident, fulfilled, healthy and successful version of yourself.
