About itsYamiG
This work exists to support emotional regulation, not to rush healing.
Meet your facilitator
itsYamiG was created as a space for gentle, steady emotional support - for moments when things feel heavy, unclear, or emotionally overwhelming, and you need something that meets you where you are.
I offer digital tools and sound-based support designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and regulate their nervous system at their own pace. There is no urgency here, no pressure to "fix" anything, and no expectation that healing needs to look a certain way.
My approach
I work with emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and self-directed practices that support inner safety and clarity.
Rather than pushing for transformation, I focus on creating conditions where change can unfold naturally through grounding, presence, and gentle attention. This includes practices such as EFT tapping, meditation, reflective journaling, and sound-based support, offered in a way that respects each person's timing and capacity.
The tools and experiences I create are meant to be accessible, practical, and supportive - not overwhelming or prescriptive.
Two forms of support
Both are core to itsYamiG. At times, sound healing is offered live; at other times, the focus is on self-guided digital resources you can use independently. Each form serves a different need — and neither is meant to replace the other.
Offered through individual sessions and group sound baths, held in person.

This work is not a replacement for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
I don't promise outcomes, quick fixes, or permanent states of calm. Emotional work is not linear, and everyone's experience is different. The intention here is to support awareness, regulation, and self-connection - not to override or suppress difficult emotions.
Everything offered through itsYamiG is meant to be supportive and complementary.
An invitation
If you're not sure where to begin, Start Here can help you choose support based on what you're experiencing right now. If you're drawn to sound healing, you're welcome to explore that space and register for a session.
